Dr. Cynthia Zheng is a hospitalist, or physician who specializes in managing the care of patients within the hospital. Dr. Zheng practices at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. She joined the Division in 2026 and currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine. Her interests include medical education and ultrasound.

Dr. Zheng earned her medical degree from the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed her Internal Medicine residency and Chief Residency at Brown University.
