Dr. Madeleine Gordin is a hospitalist, or physician who specializes in managing the care of patients within the hospital. Dr. Gordin practices at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. She joined the Division in 2026 and currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine. Her interests include hospital operations, quality improvement and patient safety.

Dr. Gordin earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
