Karishma Mistry, MD

Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine

Dr. Karishma Mistry is a hospitalist, or physician who specializes in managing the care of patients within the hospital. Dr. Mistry practices at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. She joined the Division in 2026 and currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine. Her interests include medical education and consultative medicine. In addition to English, she speaks Hindi and Gujarati.

Dr. Mistry earned her medical degree from St. George’s University and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Rutgers University, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
