Dr. Samuel Koenigsberg is a hospitalist, or physician who specializes in managing the care of patients within the hospital. Dr. Koenigsberg practices at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. He joined the Division in 2026 and currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine. 

Dr. Koenigsberg earned his medical degree from the Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine Champaign and completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Florida.
