Dr. Tulsi Bhatt is a hospitalist, or physician who specializes in managing the care of patients within the hospital. Dr. Bhatt practices at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. She joined the Division in 2026 and currently serves as an Instructor of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine. In addition to English, she speaks Hindi and Gujarati.

Dr. Bhatt earned her medical degree from Pramukhswami Medical College, India and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center.
